I have this diet thing down but getting my lazy self to get up from all the distractions(pc,family,work thats hanging over my head, school)

Those things arent bad but they do give me excuses not to workout

What can I do to make myslef workout for at least a half an hour

not to mention I get bored really easy

how do you motivate yourself?
I dont have a gym in my area and Im not in school

    i’m the same way as you
    you should go to a gym that way there’s no distractions and even little tvs on the treadmills and im sure you can find some sort of like class that works for you

    Do it with a friend or if you’re still at school join a team.

    Turn on some good workout music and do sit ups, push ups, weights etc in my room. For cardio bring along an MP3 player and go for a run when you have a free 30 minutes. Once you get a routine going its a lot easier to do. You don’t even have to workout every day. Even if you do it every second day its still helpful. Whatever works best in your busy schedule.
