I was looking for the answer because one of my clients found a 1400sqft house that needed to be remodeled. Using Cheap materials, we estimated the entire project to cost 12k. It is going to be hard to estimate a cost for these because I don't know the quality of materials that were used. I recently redid carpet, kitchen flooring, paint and applicances, along with outside work for less than $10,000 for a similar sized house. But I can tell you that I could have spent many times that and probably would have if I were going to live in the place. You don't indicate whether the kitchen had new formica counters like I put in or if they were corian, a material that costs substantially more. Same goes for the fixtures for bathroom and celing fans. You can get those very cheap or very, very expensive. So, without further info, I can only tell you what I spend. Hope that helps.
