   NO, 3 is not too young to dye ur hair.
   your mom just doesn’t want you acting like an emo. going into the corner and being depressed all the time.
   but the look is gorgeous.
   Don’t do this because everyone is doing it and its cool. Just do it cuz its how you feel you want to be.

   You’re too young until you can spell it correctly. After that, you’re too young until you move out on your own. Mom’s the boss, Princess.

   No, of course not. You can dye your hair anytime. What’s wrong with being emo? My friend’s emo. We don’t care. Her mom doesn’t care. Just have someone else do it for you.

   13 is a perfectly ok age to dye your hair. i know plenty of kids that were dying their hair at around or before that age.

   It’s a good idea to listen to what your mom says. You have the capacity to dye your hair, but expect to get grounded/punished for disobeying her. You can still be cute/emo with your natural hair color. All you need is the right hair cut.

    I would say that you are too young to dye your hair. Blonde hair is a lot nicer than black and red. Dying hair ruins it. Why do you want to look like a clown. Also, you should listen to your mon and show her more respect.

    That would look kinda wild. But mama makes the rules and you have to obey them. Also have you considered weather it’s something your school would not object to?? They sent students home for stuff like that here.

    I dyed my hair when i was 11 years old and I dyed it again when I was 13 years old.

    Your mom is not stupid and it sounds like you’re being a brat. Thirteen isn’t too young to dye your hair with your parents consent. To go from blond to black and red sounds too dramatic and I agree with your mom on this one. Is this the attitude you’re giving her? I wouldn’t let you either. Have you even bothered to ask or are you demanding that it’s your hair and you should be able to do what you want then telling her she’s stupid? Talk it out with her. Remind her that hair grows back and if you guys don’t like it you can always have it redyed. But respect her decision.
    As far as dying it at your friends house against your mothers wishes, I’de highy discourage it. You will definatly care if you get grounded, but the greater issue is this…You will be blatantly disobeying your mother and that will make for a really rough time in days/months/years to come. Is this really the mountain you want to die on? So to speak. Rebelling in this manner now, at the beginning of your teens will only cause for a rocky relationship and probably conditions of hell for both you and your mom to live in.
    How about a compromise? Non permanant colored mouses or washes that come out in just a few shampooings.

    13 is not a young age to diy your hair. I got highlight when i was nine.Well talk to your mom and let her think about it. and black and red bangs? think of something else that u will like and ur mom would.

    I dyed my hair when i was 13, but listen to your mom. I used Manic Panic, it’s only semi-permanent and it comes in cool colors. Also it makes your hair feel soft and it’s natural. But listen to your mom in the end.

    your not too young, I gave my self semi-perm. purple streaks when I was 12. My mom and step-dad freaked…but it doesn’t last forever.
    Just dye it. Or…leave your natural blonde hair.
    Hold up, just listen…or read.
    Leave it, cut it so you have the fringe. Tip your hair black and but in crimson and dark blue streaks!

    Yeah, I’m dying my hair black w/ electric blue streaks and blonde tips…after I get my baby bangs and faux-hawk back.

    Just get good dye.
