Yes it is quite hard to do as there are so many things you need to prepare first.Google your question in.You do need to be a good DIY.

Installing (real) hardwood flooring is not for the inexperienced do-it-yourselfer. On the other hand installing the new composite floating floor is quite do able for anyone with a bit of basic carpentry skills. There are some composite (hardwood) flooring materials on the market that stand up to the rigors of industrial demands required in shopping malls, all this & it’s easier (& quicker) to install + it is also considerably
cheaper.

Only to be attempted by the most competent DIYer, a job best left to the professional, unless you want to be the proud owner of a £ 1500 bonfire.
( top tip ) leave flooring in room it is going to be fitted, for at least a week, prior to installation, this allows wood to acclimatise and thus reduce movement due to shrinkage/expansion after fitting,
