Bulemia is a disease. Yes self esteem is an issue, but you dont add insult to injury. I was bulemic for years. Its easy for those others to judge because they dont have the problem you do. Try to stop yourself from doing this any further for real. I did it for so long, and when I went to the dentist my teeth were JACKED UP. BUT.....i did it for a very long time. Most likely the dentist wont say anything about this. Many people get sick and vomit. Now, if youve been doing this for several years, you may have to answer to your dentist.........who should only be concerned about your welfare. If youre not doing it anymore, thats wonderful. Dont start up again. Its very easy to do. I should know. Just realize youre beautiful how you are. The vomiting will eventually ruin your teeth as well as your metabolism. then youll really struggle with weight and cavities, pain, abcesses etc later in life. its not worth it. trust me.
