		<description>For those with the ability to install a system like this, I don&#039;t see how it would be going too far at all. Unfortunately, for many apartment dwellers, we just don&#039;t have that option.  Which is a downer.</description>

It uses a small heater and fan, but these are often operated via a small solar panel.  (And no, it doesn&#039;t stink, as the fan is constantly venting the toilet outside the house.)</description>
