what do you think is the most effective element to improve on when remodeling a house?
Filed Under Do It Yourself (DIY)
What will add to the house’s value the most? Also, what is the easiest/cheapest way to add value to a home?

Curb appeal is usually what gets people to look at a house if it’s on the market. So, you should make some adjustments to the landscaping if it needs it. Edge the sidewalks and driveway, cut the grass weekly, trim the hedges, plant flowers, replace dead foliage, remove chipping paint and repaint, etc.
Soft interior colors, clean floors, and especially clean and well designed kitchens and bathrooms compel a buyer to invest in a home.
Those are just some of the simple things you can do.
Your kitchen and bathroom will add to selling your home. you can also do a little painting and add new fixtures to spruce up your home.
Habitat for humanity has stores all over the country take a tour through them, you’d be surprised at what you can get. if i can help you in any way email me and i will see if i can add anything else.
Good Luck!
